Every couple deserves the wedding of their dreams, but budget is often a major consideration.  We don't offer complicated packages for officiant services; just one simple all-inclusive package for $310 provides the following:
 

  • Initial consultation
  • Day Planner
      (check-off list for couple from day of 
      engagement to day of ceremony)
  • Assistance with writing ceremony
      (includes: religious, civil, handfasting,
      same-sex, candle-lighting, rose ceremony,
      additional readings, additional music)​
  • 1-Hour rehearsal​
  • Staging of ceremony
  • Providing direction on day of ceremony
  • Performing ceremony
  • Assistance with receiving line
  • Travel of 40 miles to site of ceremony
       (each direction)*
  • Unlimited email and phone consultation**

Wedding Planning Services
PARTIAL PLANNING

This package is for the couple who wants help in certain areas, but wants to be hands-on in the wedding planning process.  You probably have the big dream in your mind, but you may need some help jump starting the process.  We can help!  We can offer recommendations, assist with vendor meetings, and guide you over the course of the planning process by providing the necessary tools to plan the perfect wedding!
 

Package Includes the Following:

  • Creation and development of wedding theme and design.  Establish custom monthly time lines, schedules, and check lists that pertain to your event
     

  • Answer any questions and provide advice and/or suggestions during the entire process as needed to couple, wedding party, and immediate family (anyone involved in the wedding planning process)
     

  • Arrange out-of-town accommodations
     

  • Provide recommendations for vendors, including venue research and suggestions
     

  • Arrange vendor appointments and attend 2 of them with you to help ask the right questions during the interview process
     

  • Review vendor agreements and guide you in the necessary direction before you sign
     

  • Assistance designing the wedding details and creating a theme that is carried throughout the entire wedding process from the invitations to the rehearsal dinner, and finally the wedding day
     

  • Wedding Day Coordination (See Day of Wedding package for more detail)

WEDDING DAY COORDINATOR

This package should actually be referred to as “Month of Services.”  This option is perfect for the couple who have all of the planning under control.  You have hired the vendors.  You have chosen the perfect venue; and now, you are just looking for someone to “pull it all together” so that you can relax, and enjoy the most important day of your life.  My goal is to ensure a stress-free day, so you and your loved ones can enjoy your wedding without worrying about all of the minor details.

Package Includes the Following:

  • 2 meetings, at least 45 days prior to your wedding day to discuss your vision and expectations, the flow of the event, time line, and any special instructions or concerns.
     

  • Help coordinate and attend your wedding rehearsal
     

  • Up to 10 hours of on- site wedding coordination (set-up to clean up)
     

  • Contact all of your selected vendors prior to your event to verify the details of services
     

  • Provide checklists and time lines for vendors, and entire wedding party
     

  • Inform wedding party of their duties
     

  • Placement of altar items, guest book and programs
     

  • Communication with ushers to
    provide correct guest seating

     

  • Distribution of boutonnieres and bouquets
     

  • Lining up the wedding party

  • Cueing the musician
     

  • Communicating with the officiant and paying him/her any final gratuities
     

  • Greeting any guests that may arrive late
     

  • Supervision of vendor set up ensuring your vision is accomplished
     

  • Ensuring the placement of tables is accurate with your desired floor plan
     

  • Ensuring that all decoration is complete and that cake, gift, guest book, and placecard tables are arranged as planned
     

  • Communicate with the master of ceremonies/DJ to ensure that the entire event runs promptly and smoothly.  This includes the announcement of your arrival, first dance, toasts, cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc.
     

  • Provide you with a written reception guideline
     

  • Ensuring gifts are secure with your choice of caretaker
     

  • Be the “go- to- person for vendors and guests, ensuring the bride, groom, family and friends can simply enjoy the day
     

  • Distribution any final payments or gratuities to the catering staff, musicians, photographer etc.
     

  • Troubleshooting throughout the day, because no matter how well planned an event is planned, there are always “surprises”
     

  • Providing the ultimate wedding day Emergency Kit
     

  • Ensure those in charge of clean-up do a good job and nothing important is left behind
     

  • Provide day planner to guide you through everything that needs to be done from day of engagement to day of wedding ceremony
